Also, compared to the old kits you get a lot more for your money (granted, you're still paying $35 for a bunch of plastic that cost a few dollars to make, but even though its still technically a rip off, its a very useful rip off! Some of the things you only use once or twice in class, but I've enjoyed working with fondant much more than buttercream or royal icing so I've been making cakes and flowers outside of class, and they give you enough in this kit to experiment for a while)I think you can use this kit even if you don't take the class and want to learn cake decorating on your own (but buy the...
